What do I do if I did not receive a link to the online shop?

You booked a job that requires safety equipment, but did not receive an email with a link to our online shop. Please write to us using our contact form .

What does in 4 working days mean?

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as working days. So in four working days for an order on Thursday means that your job should not take place before Wednesday.

How long does the delivery take?

As soon as we receive a tracking number from the parcel service, we will forward it to you. If you have any questions about the delivery, it is best to contact the parcel service. It usually takes 2 to 4 working days from order to delivery.

My security equipment does not arrive on time. How do I proceed now?

Please buy the equipment yourself at a hardware store or other shop that sells safety equipment. Upload a copy of the proof of purchase here .

What do I do if the safety shoes don't fit?

If the safety shoes do not fit, please request a return under "My orders and returns".

Please note that the returned shoes must be unworn. It's best to walk a few steps around the apartment to see if they fit.

What do I do with the return label?

Depending on which parcel service your returns label is from, you can take the parcel with the printed label to the nearest parcel shop. There you hand it in.
